Makking 400-500hp in a RB20 is going to take some bucks$5000+ And be at the top end of what the motor can do. What are you planning to do with 400-500hp in a 240? It will be all but undriveable!!! And not streetable!
To get those #'s out of an RB you will need a 25 or 26. Both of which are a difficult fit in 89-94 S13. They go a little easier in a 95-98 model S14 because the transmission is so large. You have to hammer the tranny tunnel in the car a little larger.
You can get 400-500 fairly easily in the rB25, and would suggest that route.
