I presume you're compensating for the airflow with Apexi's SAFC (same thing I use, actually) and if such is the case, turn your fuel pressure down to ~30psi (if you have an AFPR) and pull your base timing all the way to TDC.
With the AFC and no chip, you'll be turning your airflow way down, so you'll land yourself on an unnaturally low load map = more timing.
So retarding the base timing will mean the ECU can still run the 25* of electronic advance that it wants to with the same net effect of the normal 20 +5* base.
The lower fuel pressure will allow you to comp less with the AFC.
I'm sure you knew most of this if you went 12.7 but just in case, there it is again.
