DSMtalk in itself is a joke, just as DSMtuners. sure, both of those forums have the small majority which are true tuners worthy of taking note of, and not just somebody tryin to talk up about what they think is right and wrong with DSMs. you get on a true board, like NABR or DSMlink, the guys on there HAVE to know what they are talking about and give only 100% correct information or else they get flamed or banned in a worst case. i read the BS on that forum, congrats..."all" of them seem to be TWO guys sayin im a joke. personally, if they want to say something like that, i want to see crudentials. i can prove my 11.9 with timeslips, video, the whole nine yards...i can even show you my DSMlink logs and what my whole tune looked like at the time. all that i am saying is that your whole powerband in that car is wrapped up in 2 grand worth of RPM's and then your out of luck, unless you have a fully built head that can rev up to 9k and take advantage of that turbo, which im doubting you do. sure, guys are maxing out that turbo, but not on stock cams or a stock head, or stock manifolds for that matter. im saying on a street vehicle that you want decent spool up time on, you will want a smaller turbo. a 50 trim spools about a grand before what your 60 trim does, and still has awesome top end power. with the revs that im guessing you go to you are not even taking advantage of what that turbo can do. either way, you can run a 60 trim with late spool up time, but in that case i would hope you have a built head capable of revving up to 9k. anyway, sorry for coming off wrong, i guess im too used to dealing with the same people everyday who know what i am like. i state facts and know facts.
