our other shifter from last year, wouldnt fit, because its a different year of car ( :banghead: ). Same thing happened with EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!!! The back of the motor is quite literally this far II from the firewall. We had to use a wrist pin as a motormount on the passenger side to get it level and in. we had to make a tranny mount, z-bar (used for clutch mounting), belt tensioner, shifter (which i like), front loop (its a unit body), and other things i cant think of. you think most parts that work on one year would work on another car that isnt too much newer, but NOOOOOO.
and one more thing. i would like to know, on all cars, regaurding the fuel pump, is the inlet always towards the front, or is it only on freakin Windsors
that pissed us off.
