Sorry this was very long time ago, but I could tell you the setup. It was one small turbo only capable of ~8psi (good for low end torque), and another bigger one good for 30psi. If you are a v8 guy (which u kinda seem like) you know of exhaust cut-outs right? well there are PSI activated exhaust cut outs that were used on this twin setup. I'm not sure how it was setup, but I have a pretty good idea: 1 cut out for each turbo, the smaller turbo's cut out remained open until 8 psi, the larger one was closed, then at 8 psi it is reversed. The torque was as low as 2k I believe. But like i said before it really depends on which turbo(s) you have. Some guys are even experimenting with VATN turbos (variable turbine exhaust A/R). There are "vanes" on the exhaust side of the turbo which can vary the turbo's A/R. 14psi can be had as low as 2k. Also some specially matched T3 turbos seem to be very promising, there is a dyno sheet of 300hp/300lbft of torque at 8psi.
Dont get me wrong I like the torque V8's put out, and just overall power, but in a nice classic muscle car. And please dont assume just because its rotary it has no torque (which a lot of ppl do), it just really depends on what you put into it, and what you want to use it for.
