The point is that its not expensive to do that to a RX7. Besides its nothing new to see a chevy motor in a rx7, people have been it since they made the rx7s, another popular import motor swap is in the nissan fairlady Zs. Most of the time in recent swaps you see LS1s being used, cause they are relativly cheap and still make over 300hp stock. No bolt ons and no power adders needed. Now you could also just go buy a crate GM motor for half the price of the LS1 and have around 280HP stock.
