i don't think the guy is a retard (except the jibberish he yelled before he hit, that sounded kinda funny), i think judging by how slight the turn was, and the fact that he spun in a fwd car under hard acceleration.....i think he just aquaplaned. if he was foolish enough to go out in those conditions with shaved r-compounds, then that was probably what put him in the wall.
