Wow, that thing is a piece of shit. You telling me that for 50,000, that that is the best all around off roader?? You can buy turn key Spyders over here for that much, and that would eat one of those. And for those idiots who say Range Rovers are the best all around wheelers??? Someone is smoking some serious crack. Ever been wheelin with one?? I have, and he kept a damn tow strap hooked up the whole way through. They suck. Bad. I just get so bent out of shape at pieces of shit like this. They do nothing but go throught the desert. And for that I would rather have a trophy truck anyways. Sorry my two cents. That thing is a piece of shit.


Oh yeah, Robs right, his jeep doesn't have a frame, its a uni-body. Jeez, whats up with these guys lately??

most of the ppl here like speed and not 2mph crawl over a rock. smart ppl go round them i think crawling is boring IMO and for rednecks.lol

land rover is so much better then jeep as a all round offroader.they look alot better and do better jobs then jeep.

Its okay. First of all, I understand that this is a car racing forum, but you happen to be in the 4x4 section. Rock crawling involves speed, rollovers, flips, all sorts of seriously crazy shit. 2mph is to set up the run at the hill. And even if it is for rednecks, what?? You have something against white people who all like the same thing and go out and have fun??

Secondly, are you trying to tell me that a Range Rover (which is a yuppie piece of shit by the way) is going to be a better off roader than a Jeep Rubicon?? Which is a production Jeep. That has lockers front and rear, 6 cylinder motor, and Dana 44s front and rear, stock. I really think you should really chill, let the smoke clear and rethink your POS Range Rover buddy.

The main thing here - you're comparing $60,000 and up SUVs to a Jeep which costs half of that. Yes, the Rovers are ahead in the creature-comfort and on-road prowess and performance. Jeep (especiall the Wrangler and Rubicon) people aren't in it for the on-road. It's all about off, and a Rubicon WILL out-perform a Rover in the rough, stock-for-stock. Rovers are nice, don't get me wrong... but if I'm going to spend that much money on something that I'm going to use offroad, it had damn well better come with offroad or decent all-terrain rubber, locking differentials, and more than a 2-speed transfer case. Rover = softroader, Jeep = offroader. I'd also have something that doesn't cost a fortune to repair or modify.

Both have their winning points, but the Jeep has more offroad. To me, since it's a hobby of mine, that's what brings the Jeep out ahead.

hey buddy, read the thread, and watch the video again, is it a Rubicon? is it a Jeep? its fokken Bobcat its 50 000 pounds = 110 000$ and IT RAPES any jeep you can bring out, my arguments and comments and stats are based on what some dumbass said on how Jeeps are fokken great... see the bobcat will rape the jeep, on and offroad,
and i bet if you have that supercharged V8 Rover it rapes even offroad... and i dont know if you read the stats wise a$$ but BOTH rovers have higher ground clearance, and stance = more stability, you should know since youre an "offroader"

and if you would "like" to have something thats not as expensive, dont even write in a thread about a 110 000$ offroad bobcat you fool

if you would like to see more or have a better idea, try looking in the last 50 years of Land Rovers
