are you sure??????

think about all the work thats goes into bolting a turbo kit onto an LT1 and the cost of a kit. also all the tuning that has to be done
i cant say that i know how its done or how much it costs but a s/c kit IS gonna be cheaper and easier to bolt on. Your right though a well engineered turbo kit will outpower a good s/c kit but again it comes down to the price.

as for s/c or nos

go s/c, nos maybe cheaper but cant use it steady for much more than 15 sec or it will cook most stock engines ( even if only a 50 shot ) and the s/c will have power whenever and wherever you need it and even when you dont. also with a s/c you wont lose any drivibility. the motor will just drive like a bigger more powerful version of itself.

as for reliablility the s/c takes almost no maintenace whereas a with a turbo ( especially on a V8 ) will require a lot of work to keep it up in proper working order meaning it needs to cool down before shut it off etc. etc . with a s/c just start your car normally and drive away for the most part.

hope that helps

and please correct me if i am wrong as i imagine most will lol
