This business of racing heavily heavily modified cars against stock ones isn't very scientific and doesn't really mean anything at all. They're basically trying to make boy-ricers feel good about themselves.
And dont even start with the 'woman driver' stuff. All she had to do was shift at the right time and floor it. Vicki is actually a pretty kick-ass driver, though.
One of the best rally drivers in the last 30 years was a woman. Some of the fastest times set on the nurburgring were set by a woman.
It was just a stupid test.
