All psi measurements are not equal.
15 psi in a large cubic inch engine and 15 psi in a small cubic inch engine are two different things.
15 psi in a supercharger and 15 psi in a turbo are too different things.
There are MANY variables when it comes to boost measurements. Keep that in mind folks.
