Most of us (meaning average america) will never see the srt8 charger police interceptor. Instead we will see the 3.5 high output charger good for about 240 hp or so and a top speed of about 132 mph without added police equipment. They will be both marked and unmarked. So If your car can do 140, don't expect any trouble from them. Most State police will see them in black, grey or blue with them having a 5.7 Hemi 350hp good to about 156mph. Almost all will be unmarked. Not too many SRT8 versions will be around as they are only slated to make between 500-1000 units.
