Pulled right away? Dude, I think you need to watch the vid again, the M3 never "pulled" right away, he may have hit it first, and the angle made it look like the Cobalt was out of the picture but that's because the M3 was blocking the view, if you look through the M3's windshield and side window at the 0:34 mark you'll see that the M3 was never more than half a car ahead, so basically the M3 got the punch, but the Cobalt held him and reeled him in.
