The 1's in traffic were a buncha stupid people in a hurry to go nowhere. The rest were just retards not paying attention. Glad I own a car... At least it offers some basic protection. Doesn't really prove anything about Brazil though. There are plenty more jagoffs in the rest of the world that can't drive/ride but insist they should. They seem to be spread out pretty well too
