I wouldnt be too quick to dismiss Hyundai. They have come a heck of a long way from the car that you owned because you couldnt afford anything else to something that people actually want to own in the economy/sedan/compact suv segments. The car sounds like it has some potential spec wise.. Mustang fighter it might not be, but I'd certainly be more interested in a 300 hp rwd hyundai over a 150-230 hp fwd car that is typically offered at this price range.
