Default Re: VETTE VS VIPER

LOL.....all I have to say about the recent past and current race series cars is

C5R
C6R

viper cant even touch those and neither can the other super car competitors.

Viper has always been playing catch up, or trying to do a "one up", but they always get their teeth blasted out by GM. This new 600hp viper sure does not perform like a 600hp car should, when the current Zo6 can match its performance w/ 95 less hp and less TQ and less of a price tag, it's a simple choice. And the new ZR1 650hp S/C'ed vette due out in 2008 will punish whatever dodge can think up w/ the viper. All you need on the 2008 model is a pulley swap, LT headers, tuning and you will have over 800hp in a 2910lb car......doubt there will many cars to touch that performance wise or price wise for what you get.
