Just goes to show that anyone w/ unlimited funds can make anything fast. My friend Kevin has a turbo V6 camaro project under way right now. Before the turbo ( simple bolt-ons ) he went 14.1 @99, that right there is stock LT1 territory. So after a 70mm turbo, cam swap, forged internals, stg 2 heads, and some tuning, I think he will atleast hit 11's. All he has left to do is fab up the pipeing and mount the FMIC.
