Ok this might be a little lengthy but here it goes:
180SX is a hatch back version of the 240SX w/ flip lights, you will only see it called a 180 outside of the US. It mostly comes with a CA18DET (turbo charged).
S13 is a 2 door only model w/projector lights, it comes with in the US a KA24DE, outside of the US it comes with a SR20DE, CA18DET or a SR20DET.
S14 same as above but with out the CA18DET, they stopped making the CA after the S13's were replaced by the S14.
S15 is the newest and the last model that Nissan has made of the Silvia models. I think that it is only outside of the US not sure. It comes with a SR20DET 6speed tranny.
CA18DET: 1.8 liter DOHC, single turbo, auto or manual tranny.
SR20DE: 2.0 liter DOHC, non turbo, mostly auto, some manual tranny
SR20DET: 2.0 liter DOHC, single turbo, mostly manual, some auto tranny.
KA24DE: 2.4 liter DOHC, non turbo, only built in the US.
There is nothing more to explain except for outside of the US they have a J, Q and K versions of the Silvia S13, 14 and 15. The J model or also known as the Jack is a bone stock, no a/c, power or anything only comes in the non turbo model. The Q or also known as the Queen, is the upgraded version of the J. It comes with power steering, a/c, power locks and comes with the SR20DE. And there is the K or also known as the King, it is an upgraded model of the Q, power everything, fully loaded and comes with the SR20DET.
That is pretty much everything in a nut shell, if there is anything that I missed or if you need more info please let me know
