you need to get your facts straight, first off the pugeout trannies were used in the 90 and older xjs and yj's with the carbed 4.2, as for head crackin it was only in 99, as far as the 2 pice shafts, to fix that just get a 1 piece shaft and seal kit,
now chvy2nove have you thought about a xj? you cn get them alot cheaper than a wrangler or cj and you can build one it to a vary capable trail rig easily
