Mazdaspeed3 aims to beat track record at the 'Ring - Autoblog
Pro driver with no prior experience at the 'ring got 8.39 out of a bone stock MS3. (same lap time as an NSX!) they are coming back to take an attempt at the lap record for their class. they will need to find 4 seconds, which I think is doable given the driver's unfamiliarity with the track. im pretty impressed.
