It's both 1.3 and 2.6. It depends on your view of how the motor functions in way of strokes. Since there are only specs for piston engines, 2 stroek/4stroke, then they had to use one or the othere and it's different depending on which way you think it is. But the general consensus is 1.2 for the 12A and 1.3 for the 13B. THe 12A is 1146cc however, which is not close to 1.2 liters. So we're all right.
