well as i said in another thread during the holidays i bought an xbox360...it was a package that came with

1 wireless remote
3 games :
ghost recon (was defective story lower)
arcade live
blazin angels (not bad)
12g hard drive
and a few lil things here and there

anyhow so to start off....ghost recond doesn't work so i end up returning to the store to get is changed they tell me microsoft will change it jsut call the 1-800 # so i do...and they end up telling me sorry we don't exchange games..
so now im a lil shocked and i ask "what am i supposed to do with this game" person tells me...."i don't know" now im a lil bothered i ask to speak with a manager...i get transfered and the convo goes somewhat like this..

me "yes i bought this xbox package and well there is one of the games that doesn't work....blah blah blah"
manager "and what you want us to do?"
me "um....change it?"
manager "sorry we don't exchange games go to the store you bought the game and they will do it for you"
me "no i don't think you understand, its a package microsoft put together not the store, they sent me to you and now your sending me back"
manager "ok well sorry but theres nothing i can do, is that all"
me "um no that is not all, what am i supposed to do with a game that is defective? i understand if i scratched it or soemthing but it was defective right from the start"
manager "ok send it in and we will get back to you in 4-6 weeks"
me "and in the mean time what the hell am i suposed to do jsut sit and wait for a damn game that is for sale for 29.99$"
manager "then sir why don't you jsut buy the game if its on sale"
Me "um simply cuz I ALREADY HAVE THE GAME BUT YOUR COMPANY PUT A DEFECTIVE GAME IN THE BOx"

anyhow that went on for a good 30 minutes...and in the end i told them i hope its recorded to see how ridiculous there service is...and im returning the xbox and getting myself the playstation 3 seeing that i never had this many problems with playstation...even when a game was defective they sent me a new game and another game for the trouble...

manager "fine have a nice day anything else i can help you with"
Me "actually you didn't help me so theres nothing ELSE you can help me with"

end result i brought the damn xbox back and got my money back...now gonig to get the ps3..


now on to the gears of war...WTF that game isn't as good as everyone said it would be i rate it 6/10 game play is good and what not...but the stroy is short, the game isn't insane hard i beat it on hard then tried insane its the same crap just you have to be more tactical...anyhow game isn't the best...

ps3 here we come...
