exactly!!! people think that you have to warm up your car just because your canadian and are used to winter, but not only when freezing but extreme heat or humidity thicken your oil and when you boost it up without letting it warm up you can creat clogs!!!
Even on a N/A car, after running hard you shouldnt just "turn it off and go have a cold one" you should put it in neutral/park and let it chill, and even give a bit of gas for the rad fan to turn on (if not already on)
