Sorry bro, have to call it, its called a hot tub. And yeah you can get out of them, he was running boggers which is a soft tire for sand and mud, they have special rock tires for the moab buggies that have special compounds to grip rocks like that. Pretty cool stuff, a buddy of mine competes in stuff like that and does really well. He has a jeep that goes up that stuff. That guy would have had it had he aired down his tires ALOT more. He does mostly stuff in mud.
