. If it is a 2 rotor it is 2.6 liters and a 3 rotor is 3.9 liters. This has been covered in a nother post and I came out right. They rate it 1.3 liters because only one rotory is operating at a time and that space in that rotary is 1.3 liters but if you combine the liter size of both rotaries, guess what !! 2.6 liters. We dont say a 5.0 liter motor is only 2.5 liters because only half of the pistons are firing at once

The way they figure their math is messed up and it is a 2.6 liter when a 2 rotor and a 3.9 liter when it is a 3 rotor no matter what they "rate" it at. Why do you think the 3 rotor cars have to race in the 4 liter classes?
