Well, lets compare price tags now...Ferrari, cheapest is a $160,000 360 Modena; NSX $70-80K; Porsche=70K for a "base" Carrera that genrally gets whupped by the Vette step up to the Turbo and you're around $120,000 and the GT3 that beats most anything is around $130,000 and basically a watered down (very slightly) race spec car. The Evo VIII, what can I say Mitsu did their job right with that thing. It has always put up some of the best handling numbers I've ever seen and outruns a base Vette. I'm not sure what the Skyline costs in US$, I've generally seen people say around $50-60K which puts right at the top of the Vette's range. The Mustang Cobra howeveris at a price very near the Evo's and the Cobra R from a few years ago dominated on the track and runs around the Vette's price. In the range of the NSX we have the Viper GTS from a couple years ago. It was tested for fun against a Yamaha R1 I think and actually was faster on the track while slower at the strip. This was being ridden by people who specialize in each type of vehicle. And mind, you, I'm not trying to say imports suck or American cars are the best, but there's no need to be saying that because its American it sucks. Give credit where credits due. We can make some damn good cars too.
