You will not crack a block unless something in the pressure of the combustion chamber isnt released, that can happen to NA engines. There are tons of people that are running 3.4" - 2.5" pulleys on stock 3800s. If anything you could crack would be a head itself , or blow a head gasket. Normally a head gasket is the first to go. Im sure some of the GTP guys here will tell you the 2.5 pulley can blow a head gasket without extra fuel and modifying the CPU to support it.

Alright you primitive screw-heads, listen up. See this? This is my boomstick! It's a 12-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan; retails for about one hundred nine, ninety-five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right, shop smart, shop S-Mart!
