I was in a motorcycle accident a little over a year ago, I was riding down the Hwy at 70 mph on a sunny Sunday. To this day im not real sure what happened for sure, but I was going into a curve when I blacked out, ended up going straight and hitting the curb, and being thrown off. I didn't wake up for like 20 min thought it was all a dream don't remember the ride to the hospital, or much of my 5 day stay, as I was on a lot of morphine. I ended up being in a body cast with a fractured T5 vertebra for 6 months was out of work for 3 months then was only part time for another 6 weeks. I was not wearing a helmet or jacket, the only reason im here today is because I went into the grass and not the road. I will have to live with back, knee, and chest pair for the rest of my life. Bikes are a lot of fun, but very very dangerous. I will get back on one day, right now im trying to catch up on bills, this was a very expensive little accident for me
Be safe
