sorry to burst your bubble but vx hatches don't even weigh that light. here is a list of the hatchbacks and their weigh in. keep in mind this is STOCK. no a/c, power windows etc aka barebone necessities...

CX hatchback: 2094lbs.
VX hatchback: 2094lbs.
DX hatchback: 2178lbs.
Si hatchback: 2326lbs.

this is from a honda 1992 civic sales brochure.

now add a couple hundred more with the swap stereo etc...and what not. so roughly he would weigh in about 2300 or a lil bit more or somewhere in that vicinity. from what the video is saying he's got a stock k20 (which is base model rsx engine) makes 155 bhp @ 6500 rpms (which is rated at flywheel) vs. a evo on 22lbs (which clearly is not stock boost) weighs in roughly 3298 maybe a little more. it puts out 276 bhp @ 6500 on stock boost which is i'm guessing 7 lbs.(again flywheel specs). ok.. lancer is at 22lbs and hatchback is in integra mode (for people who don't know the rsx is an integra) has a measily 155bhp. ok you do the math.. i beleive that was set up. on top of that.. they were at a roll. sorry man but those are just cold hard facts.

oh and please if their is a hatchback that weighs in that light let me know i would love to go buy that hatch.
