Well... Im new to the forums, Im turning 16 in a few weeks and my parents are getting me a SRT-4 (dont worry I can handle the power I drive my father's 1969 Coronet R/T, yes it is a true R/T for all you Mopar fans =p, so yeah I can handle the power of a 440...)

Anyways I was looking over the SRT-4 performance parts and man do I drool alot (They released the stage 3R turbo?) well i have a few questions...

1) The stage 1 Turbo... Is it legal here in California?

2) Is the Blow-Off Valve Conversion Kit legal here in California?

part two of 2) I saw some dude driving a VW I think it was a gti or a golf with one... or something.... It was a making that sweet ass *pssh* between shifts and It made me tear up... I saw him use it for the past 2 weeks until this morning.... I was waiting for him to do his shifting but he did... nothing.... I thought to myself "I guess he took it out for some reason..."

Anyways... I check out the performance stuffs on the site and they all seem to say:

* Not legal for sale on pollution-controlled vehicles or vehicles registered for highway use.

at the bottom of the Turbo upgrades, Ionno, im confused beacuse ive heard only Stage 2 and up is illegal... I really would like Stage 1's and a Blow off valve T_T...
