LoL, they did.....in the new SPEED magazine, they tested a mild-turbo RX-8 and it ran a 14.4...........
............though if I remember correctly, it was on relatively low boost, say 6 psi, but still, that is rather pathetic. Even a Geo Metro with 6 psi could probably post a better time than that.
